Graduated in Law Degree, by the University of Seville (2017-2021).

ADDITIONAL TRAINING

Master’s Degree in Access to the Legal Profession by ISDE Law & Business School (2021-2023) with honors awarded in 2023.

Master in Taxation and Tax Consultancy by CEF (2023-2024).

WORK EXPERIENCE

Carmen started in 2021 doing an undergraduate internship at Talentia Abogados (Seville).

In June 2022 she did an internship for her Master’s Degree in Law at RAUDA ALSP (Cuatrecasas Group), being hired that same year and collaborating with the Commercial, Compliance and Litigation team. In May 2023 she joined the Tax area with exclusive dedication.

In April 2025 she joined Mavens, becoming part of the firm’s Tax team.

Her professional practice covers a wide range of tax law matters. She has specialized in the preparation of Due Diligence reports in restructuring and M&A operations, preparation of all types of tax returns, management of notifications and attention to tax requirements, as well as in the provision of tax advice and other actions in tax matters.
