WORK EXPERIENCE

He started his professional career in November 2021 in the Corporate/M&A department of Cuatrecasas Gonçalves Pereira, S.L.P. (Madrid), participating in M&A operations of diverse nature, commercial transactions in general and also advising on corporate and contractual matters to national and international clients. He was also a member of the firm’s German Desk, a multidisciplinary team of lawyers advising German, Austrian and Swiss business groups.

In June 2024, he joined Mavens’ Corporate Law team, where his practice focuses on advising national and international clients on M&A transactions and corporate and contractual matters.

He is a member of the Madrid Bar Association.
