Double Degree in Law and Business Administration at the University of Cordoba (2020).

Double Master in Access to the Legal Profession and Corporate Legal Advice at Centro de Estudios Garrigues (2021).

WORK EXPERIENCE

In September 2021 he began his professional career in the Corporate and M&A department of Ceca Magán Abogados, where he has been advising in all commercial law fields. Throughout his professional career he has been involved in sale and purchase transactions and structural modifications, advising on corporate matters, commercial contracting and restructuring of business groups, all at domestic and international level.

In May 2025 he joined the Commercial Department of Mavens.

He is a member of the Madrid Bar Association.
