WORK EXPERIENCE

She started her professional career in September 2018 at Ontier, in the Corporate – M&A department participating in corporate transactions, mergers and acquisitions and contractual matters.

In 2020 she joined PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) in the transactions department, participating in different national and international companies’ acquisitions, due diligence processes and advising on corporate, contractual, and corporate restructuring operations.

In 2022 he joined Mavens as part of the firm’s Corporate – M&A team.

He is a member of the Madrid Bar Association.
