WORK EXPERIENCE

Lawyer with more than 25 years of experience in the field of tax law, specializing in tax advisory services for family groups, as well as estate and procedural matters through assistance and defense in administrative proceedings, inspections, and tax collection, appeals, and claims through administrative channels, and, where appropriate, appeals before the contentious-administrative courts.
He combines the practice of law with teaching and, in this regard, has been an associate professor of Financial and Tax Law at the Autonomous University of Madrid (2007–2011), a professor at CEF since 1997, and subsequently at the CEF-UDIMA Educational Group, a role he continues to hold today.
